Chris, Gordie and Andy Howe have been involved in the roofing business since they were kids. Their roots in the industry span three generations. Grandfather Malcolm Howe used to drive a milk truck in the mornings through the streets of Detroit, Michigan and install roofs in the afternoons. The brothers father, Jack Howe, took what he learned and started a very successful roofing company in a suburb of Detroit.

Being on and around roofs since the age of 4 taught them valuable lessons about roofing. In 1983, the brothers took their years of roofing knowledge to the southeast to start Howe Contracting & Supply. This experience is now passed on to the people in their company in both Atlanta, Georgia and Charlotte, North Carolina.
